I didn't set out to build a following. @animeishq began as a pure experiment - I just wanted to understand how the Instagram algorithm actually works. No plan, no strategy, no audience. Two weeks later it had crossed 10,000 followers. The very first video hit 1 lakh (100,000) views in its first 2 days, then kept growing steadily from there - by a month later it had crossed 1.1 million views, all on one video.
This isn't a polished case study written after the fact. It's exactly what I did, in the order I did it - including the tools I abandoned, the money I didn't need to spend, and the things I got wrong before I got them right. If you want to start an AI anime-story channel, this is the shortcut I wish I'd had.
The single biggest lesson up front: you don't need video. I'll explain why image slideshows beat AI video for this format - and why that one decision is what made daily posting possible.
I started out trying to generate video. It doesn't work - not yet. Consistency breaks between shots: faces shift, outfits change, the character stops being the same person. I switched to image slideshows and never looked back.
That's a genuinely useful lesson, free. The full workflow - which tool, exact settings, how I fix the shots that drift, the prompt templates - is inside.
I use Claude to build the story context, plan chapters, write each slide prompt, write dialogue and captions, and think through posting strategy. It is the writer and director of the whole operation.
Everything above works - it's exactly how @animeishq grew. But doing it by hand through ChatGPT has a real cost that isn't in rupees: time. A single 20-slide chapter, generated one image at a time through ChatGPT, takes 3-4 hours - writing each prompt, waiting for the image, checking it against the character reference, correcting drift, then moving to the next slide.
Keeping a character looking like the same person across 20 slides - and across every chapter - is the single hardest thing in AI story creation, and the thing most people never solve. Here's the method.
This is the core of the product: the actual prompt patterns I use, ready to copy. Every prompt carries two non-negotiables - a hook and a cliffhanger. Without them the slide does not earn the swipe.
The mistake everyone makes is stacking huge mainstream hashtags. Those tags move too fast - your post is buried in seconds. Do the opposite.
Genre choice quietly decides whether you have a chance. Some spaces are so crowded that even great content drowns.
Here is the assembly line I run for each chapter, end to end.
The candid part. These cost me time so they don't cost you yours.
This product is not a static download - it's a conversation. Ask anything below - tag the chapter your question is about if it helps - and I answer personally. Every answer stays here for everyone who buys after you, so the playbook keeps getting more complete. You also get an invite to the Anime Studio community, where the discussion continues in real time.
