These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Anime Studio (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Anime Studio lets you create stories, characters, and AI-generated illustrated scenes for personal, creative use. Some features consume credits, which can be used for free as part of any starting allowance and/or purchased.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Credits and payments

Credits are used to generate AI content (such as character portraits and illustrated chapter slides). Paid credits are purchased through our payment partner and are added to your account once payment is confirmed. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Content you create

You retain rights to the stories, characters, and descriptions you write. Generated images are produced by AI based on your inputs - you're responsible for ensuring what you submit (including any reference photos) is something you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or depicts real people without their consent in a misleading or harmful way. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
