Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases of credits on Anime Studio, made through our payment partner (Razorpay).
1. Credit purchases
Credits are a digital product that becomes usable in your account immediately after a successful payment. Because of this, purchases are generally final once credits have been added to your account and used.
2. When we'll issue a refund
We'll happily refund a purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (a duplicate charge), or
- You were charged but the credits never arrived in your account, or
- There was a verifiable technical fault on our end that prevented you from using the credits you bought.
3. How to request one
Contact us within 7 days of the charge via the Contact page, including the email on your account and the payment reference shown in your Razorpay receipt or bank/card statement. We'll review and respond within a few business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
